What time do you get up? 7:30, time for some quick stretching and yoga
What time do you need to leave the house? 8:45 – It’s nice living close to the office 😉
What’s your go-to breakfast meal? Coffee first and foremost!
#1 time saving tip for the morning: The morning is my favourite part of the day, so I like to enjoy it without rushing! It gets me into the right headspace for the day. To save time I wash my hair the night before…that saves at least 20 minutes from my morning! (I have a lot of hair.)
Ideal lunch hour and biting: A delicious fresh salad at around midday. If it has avocado in it I’m happy.
#1 self care tip to wind down after a long day:Exercise or yoga. I need to do something physical after being sat in an office to release any stress from the day! Getting a good night’s sleep is KEY.
# tip for getting a good night’s sleep: Getting good sleep is something I have always struggled with, so I have a routine now which is my holy grail! Unwind with a nice shower or some yoga (yes, more yoga), write my journal for the day, read my book, and then meditate for about 15 minutes. It’s important to try not to use your phone before bed, but this is often where I slip up!
